- Complete checkout as usual - your redeemed Sweet Hearts will be shown at checkout.
Important Notes:
- If you don’t have enough Sweet Hearts for an item, the required amount will be greyed out, and you won’t be able to add it to your basket.
- Individual items must be fully redeemed with Sweet Hearts - part payment for a single item using £/€ and Sweet Hearts is not possible.
To check your Sweet Hearts balance:
- Log in to your account and visit the Sweet Hearts section to view your balance. Or simply click here if you are already logged in.
- On desktop, you can also click the Sweet Hearts icon in the top-right menu to see your balance at a glance.
Sweet Hearts expire one year from the date they were collected.
To make the most of your rewards, your oldest Sweet Hearts will always be redeemed first when you use them.
