Step 1: Natural seamless lightening

• Apply FORMULA A in back-to-back slices using a full head foil pattern
• Develop, rinse and apply KEVIN.MURPHY EVERLASTING.COLOUR WASH

Step 2: Refining with Gloss treatment and shine

• Apply FORMULA B to the new growth, except for the front hairline
• Apply FORMULA C to the hairline area
• Apply FORMULA D to the mid lengths and ends
• Brush new growth area into the mid lengths only to ensure an even blend
• Develop, rinse and apply the finishing regimen

Pro tip: To create more depth and dimension, vary the length of the new growth FORMULA B application

GET THE LOOK - CANDLELIT BRUNETTE

This technique introduces delicate highlights strategically placed to catch the light and create a shimmering effect. Subtle accents of lighter colour add dimension and depth, reflecting the sophistication of the candlelit aesthetic. Step 1: Natural seamless lightening

• Section the hair from ear to ear across the top of the head and isolate the front from the back
• Starting at the nape, take a 1cm/0.5 inch horizontal section. Weave the top and clip away, apply FORMULA B freehand painting to remove the remainder of the hair
• For a more naturally blended finish, alternate with FORMULA A to the mid lengths to ends, in between the freehand painting

Step 2: Refining with Gloss treatment and shine

• Apply FORMULA A to the new growth, stretching the application down 7cm/ 3 inches
• Apply FORMULA C globally
• Develop, rinse and apply the finishing regimen

Pro tip: Pick up your weaves from the ends when working on thicker density to pick up more hair
