The three phases of Nimue skincare

Phase 1: Nimue core

Lasting 4-6 weeks, the first phase serves as an introduction to Nimue’s AHA complex and provides clients with their staple homecare products. These products are specifically selected based on individual skin needs, ensuring a personalised experience for each client.

Phase 2: Actives

After completing Phase 1, clients can move on to Phase 2 where they incorporate advanced products with higher concentrations of AHAs into their homecare. This phase can last 1-2 weeks and is tailored to target specific skin concerns such as aging, acne, or pigmentation.

Phase 3: Professional treatments

Once clients have completed Phases 1 and 2 at home, they are ready for our more advanced peels and professional treatments.

While our more advanced peels are recommended for clients who have completed phases 1 and 2, Nimue also has several treatments suited to walk-in clients or those using the Nimue sensitive range:

Therapeutic and Deep Cleanse facials

Deep cleanse facials are perfect for clarifying and cleansing the skin. Therapeutic facials are customised to help clients through the transitional period of introducing AHAs to the skin. Both these treatments use Nimue phase 1 core products and are tailored to the client's skin classification. They can be carried out on anyone – even those with sensitive skin and are ideal for pampering, under 18s, and clients who are looking to try Nimue products!

Smart Micropeel

Gentle yet effective, this treatment reduces redness and inflammation while balancing the skin's microbiome. With ingredients like Glycyrrhetinic and Gaucos Carota Sativa, your client's skin will feel rejuvenated and revitalised.

Thermal Detox

Short on time? Nimue’s 30-minute Thermal Detox treatment is perfect for clients with busy schedules. This visual treatment is great for showcasing on social media and uses a foaming agent to remove excess oil, charcoal powder to eliminate impurities, and a warming agent to stimulate blood flow and brighten the skin. Plus, it contains pumpkin extract and Nimue's Triple AHA complex for added exfoliation.

Advanced Peels

Bio-Active/ Active Rejuvenation treatments

Nimue’s Bio-Active/ Active Rejuvenation Treatments are ideal for clients who have completed Phases 1 and 2 at home and are using AHAs on a regular basis. With key ingredients like triple AHA complex (15% concentration), and rejuvenating properties to exfoliate and brighten. The bio-active complex sits at a PH of 3 (golden PH!), meaning it serves maximum results, with minimum irritation.

35% Glycolic

Next up on our advanced peel menu is the 35% Glycolic treatment. Specially designed for clients who have gone through Phases 1 and 2 at home, this treatment is suitable for all skin types, except sensitive. The smaller glycolic molecule penetrates deeper into the skin for more intense exfoliation, making it great for improving sun-damaged and acne-prone skin.

SRC

For clients who have completed Phases 1 and 2 and are ready for a peel tailored to treat their skin concerns, Nimue offers the SRC treatments. These peels contain customised ingredients to target each skin classification, such as:

• Pyruvic acid and Mandelic acid to help stimulate collagen, tighten, hydrate, and even skin tone.
• Salicylic acid to decongest and draw out any excess oil, and Azelaic acid to kill acne bacteria.
• Phytic acid to lighten, brighten, and treat pigmentation without overstimulating the skin.

Smart Resurfacer

Our most advanced peel is the Smart Resurfacer. Designed for clients with extremely congested skin or in need of deeper peeling, this oil-based waterless peel provides a deeper rejuvenating experience. It's recommended to complete at least one Bio-Active treatment on your client before performing the Smart Resurfacer for optimal results!

Micro-needling/ CIT (collagen induction therapy)

This non-peel option is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive and interactive skin. Our skilled therapists use Nimue's core products tailored to each client's specific skin classification, providing targeted results for scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, and plumper-looking skin. If your client has some barrier impairment but is not yet suited for advanced peels, this is the ideal treatment for them!
