Every year, we love seeing what the predicted nail trends are for the upcoming summer – there's something about summer nails which just makes us so happy! Have you seen any emerging nail trends for the summer yet? If not, we’re here to take you through some of the top five trends which we can expect to see everywhere as it gets warmer.

1) Alternative French Tip

Whilst the traditional white French manicure continues to be a timeless classic, interest in the alternative French manicure is rising. This trend refers to using the classic French manicure design as inspiration but getting more creative with the tip design. For example, using a bright colour or outlined shape on the tips.

2) Upside Down French Manicure

Next up we have another trend which takes inspiration from the classic French. However, with the tips simply repositioned to the bottom of the nail instead - who knew that changing something so simple would look so effective?

3) Pastel Nails

Another popular nail trend for summer 2022 is pastel nails. Due to the popularity of modern French manicures, we can expect to see lots of pastel French manicures but also plain and simple pastel nails too.

4) Hot Pink Nails

5) Chrome Nails
