The patented molecular technology of epres™ is designed to repair disulfide bonds, which form the internal structure of healthy hair. Unlike acid-based bond builders, epres™ Bond Repair Treatment does not affect the pH of the chemical or colour service you are performing in salon. The formulation does not slow the chemistry of the service or hinder the desired results. Hair is left softer and stronger with less breakage and frizz. This, combined with the Biodiffusion™ technology, epres™ ensures to deliver continuous repair through each strand, even after the hair is dry.
In this blog, we break down some of the main ways you can use epres™ within your salon services. Epres™ is suitable for all hair types, meaning that it's a great option for every one of your clients.
CHEMICAL SERVICES
Including colour, highlights, balayage, gloss/toner, perms and Japanese straighteners.
MIXING RATIO
Add 2 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair to every 30ml of colour, gloss or powder lightener. Mix all together. Apply lightener with desired method.
HOW TO USE
EXAMPLE 1 - Balayage or traditional highlights with gloss or toner
In a bowl or bottle, mix lightener to desired consistency. Then, add the correct number of pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair and mix all together. Once the gloss/toner is to the desired tone, use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner to finish the service.
EXAMPLE 2 - One process root touch up and no pull through colour
Add 2 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair to every 30ml of colour and then add developer. Mix thoroughly. Apply to roots. Once this step is completed, mix 8 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair and 130ml of water in the epres™ spray bottle. Shake and saturate the dry hair. Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner to finish the service.
EXAMPLE 3 - Balayage or traditional highlights, no gloss or toner
In a bowl or bottle, mix lightener to desired consistency. Then, add the correct number of pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair and mix all together. Apply lightener with desired method. Mix 8 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair and 130ml of water in the epres™ spray bottle. Shake and saturate all of the dry hair. Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner to finish the service.
EXAMPLE 4 - Perm and Japanese straightener
Add 2 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair to every 30ml of neutraliser and shake thoroughly. Continue to apply and process as usual.
EXAMPLE 5 - Hydroxide relaxer
Add 2 pumps of epres™ Professional Bond Repair to every 30ml of relaxer cream/paste and mix thoroughly. Continue to apply and process as usual.

HOW TO USE
EXTENSIONS INSTALLED - Hand tied or fusion
Saturate hair from roots to ends so the hair looks wet but not dripping. Process for 10 min. Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner to complete the service.
TAPE IN
Saturate natural hair from roots to ends. Saturate extensions 2in below the adhesive to the ends. Process for 10 min. Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner to complete the service.
TREATMENT HAIRCUT
MIXING RATIO
Mix 8 pumps of epres™ Professional Treatment to 130ml of water in the epres™ spray bottle.
HOW TO USE
AS A CUTTING LOTION
Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner and towel dry excess moisture out of the hair. Saturate the hair with epres™ treatment in the spray bottle. Continue the haircut process as usual. Once your haircut is complete, rinse the hair thoroughly with comfortably tepid water. Towel dry and finish service as usual.
TREATMENT BLOWDRY

Mix 3 pumps of epres™ Professional Treatment with 130ml of water in the epres™ spray bottle.
HOW TO USE
BLOWDRY PRIMER
Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner and towel dry. Apply a light overspray to the hair section by section from mid-lengths to ends to act as a primer. DO NOT saturate. This technique and mixing ratio combination is used so that the hair doesn’t experience any extra weight. Comb through for even distribution and continue service as usual.
ON CURLY HAIR
MIXING RATIO
Mix 3 pumps of epres pro with 130ml of water in the epres™ spray bottle.
HOW TO USE
AS A STYLING TREATMENT ON CURLY HAIR
Use epres™ Healthy Hair Shampoo & Conditioner and towel dry the hair very well. Saturate the hair section by section with the epres™ treatment. Scrunch or wrap the hair around your finger to encourage the desired curl pattern. Let the hair air dry or use a diffuser. This technique will let the hair soft, smooth, defined and without frizz.
